What Information Unowe Collects About You

Unowe collects personally identifiable information (PII) and non-personally identifiable information (NPI). We collect PII and NPI about our customers and website visitors in primarily these ways: directly from our customer payment portal and from or about applicants who are buying products or services from a store where we do business.

PII is defined as information that directly identifies an individual, such as name, address, email address, Social Security number, date of birth, driver’s license number, government issued identification number, telephone number, credit card number, bank account information, and user name and password when you use our customer website portal.

NPI is defined as information about an individual that does not identify you individually, such as your browser information, operating system, and other technical information. We also collect other information that may not identify you individually, such as occupation and other employment information, source of income, personal references, and residence related information such as lease or ownership information.

We use your PII and NPI primarily to review your application and provide you the ability to finance your product or service, to contact you regarding your application, process transactions, marketing, customer support, website maintenance, or any other legitimate business purpose permitted under the law.

Use of Cookies and Tracking User Traffic

Unowe uses session cookies to track users logging into our sites, but we do not use them to track user traffic patterns while visiting any of our site. If you reject cookies, you will not be able to login to our site. Our website does not respond to web browser ‘do not track’ signals.
